Are you accepting new patients?

Yes! Please contact the office or follow the link to Develo to complete the new patient registration. Please verify with your insurance that we are in network.

What ages do you see?

We see patients from newborn to 18 years old.

What insurances do you accept?

Our credentialing team is working on the complete list but we will be in network with most major insurances and the PHCS network.

Do you offer same-day sick visits?

Yes, as long as the schedule allows. Please call or email the clinic to request a same-day sick appointment. Walk-ins are worked in so the wait may be awhile, we encourage you to call prior to arriving.

What should I bring to my child's appointment?

Please be sure to bring the insurance card, identification, and any prior records. These can also be uploaded by using the reminder link sent prior to your appointment. Forms and screenings will be sent with that link as well and will need to be completed prior to the appointment.

How do I request a prescription refill?

For all non-controlled prescriptions, please contact the pharmacy to request refills.

For controlled prescriptions, refills must be requested via phone or the portal.

What should I do if my child is sick after hours?

For any urgent medical/life threatening concerns or respiratory concerns, please go to the ER or dial 911.

If patient can wait until the morning, please contact the office to request a same-day appointment. You may leave a voicemail or email the office after hours, but these will not be checked until the following business day.

Do you offer Telehealth?

Yes, by a case by case basis. Sick visits CANNOT be seen via Telehealth. Please contact the office to see if Telehealth is appropriate for the appointment request..
